We will gladly accept returns or exchanges for the value of approved merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date.

We offer returns or exchanges for items in original condition. We have the right to refuse items that are washed, worn, damaged, and/or altered.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items include: accessories, bodysuits, gift cards, and sale items. 

Online Returns:

To initiate a return, please email us directly at shopcrystalita@gmail.com or send us a message via our Contact page. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria. Please include your order number and reason for return. 

If you opt to use our return shipping label, we will deduct shipping costs from your refund once it is received and processed.

If you’d like to avoid our return label charge, we can provide you with our mailing address privately for your return shipping label.

Once we receive your return, the refund total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, minus the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


We offer FREE exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, simply email us directly at shopcrystalita@gmail.com or send us a message via our Contact page and we will send you a free prepaid label. 

Online exchanges will be processed once we receive your item. If an item is not available in the size requested, we will automatically issue a full refund based on the conditions of our return policy.
